Email marketing campaigns have become the way to communicate with customers in today’s economy. The cost of email marketing vs. traditional print marketing or direct mail marketing can be vastly lower, particularly if you are marketing to customers who have subscribed to your mailing lists or want to receive coupons or discount offers.

While there are no guarantees that every email you send will be read, we take every step we can to make sure that your marketing efforts are cost effective and grab the reader’s attention.

Our rules for effective email marketing:

  • Respect the customer – this means you only contact them via email with their permission and allow them to unsubscribe from your email lists and newsletters whenever they want to.


  • Respect their time – make sure that the information you send out is valuable and relevant to your customers. Sending out a newsletter with little or no “news” wastes your customer’s time in opening that email, even if it’s just a few seconds. It also makes it less likely that they will open the next email before it gets deleted.


  • Don’t sell them out – don’t sell your customer’s contact information to any 3rd party who may solicit that information. Even if you have a customer’s permission, selling their information dilutes the relationship that you have established and makes them into more of a commodity instead of a customer.
